About me

More or less, I was born and raised in Arizona.  I was introduced to "4-wheeling" in the back country of Arizona when I was 2, exploring the bumpy dirt roads in the back seat of my Mom's 78' Monte Carlo.  Then in my Dad's 1981 Chevy Luv 4x4 pick up.  From one corner of Arizona to the other,  we got around.  It wasn’t much of surprise when I got my first 4x4, a 1988 Land Cruiser, and I headed for the hills.

In my travels, both with my family and on my own, I have learned to appreciate all I have been exposed to.  After all those years of wheeling, it seemed like a natural progression… after I left college I was off to start my own 4x4 business.
I have been self taught since day 1, and learned a lot the hard way, it has given me a unique perspective on how I tackle new projects.  I am still learning, and hopefully, always will be.  I am constantly looking for the "cooler" or new way to design and build something.

In the early years, I started off simple. at the time, that's all that was out there.  bumpers, small cage work, and roof racks were the majority of requests I got.  But, the times have changed and evolved, Now, full roll cages, exo-cages, fully equipped roof racks, custom frames and even the ultimate, full tube buggies and race trucks are where the fun is.  I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years brings.

One thing that hasn’t changedis my perspective of what customer service should be.  Every customer has an idea in their head of what they want, and I do what ever I can to find it, and make sure I get it right.   In 10 years of building true custom projects for people, I have yet to build the same thing twice.
