communication is key. From day 1, John knew that talking with the customer, communicating through out the whole process, was the only way to get it truly right when it comes to building a custom project. Everyone is different and everyone has different priorities to what they are looking for.
While there are some days when being a 1 man show can get difficult, the part that stands out, and why John has kept it going for over a decade and half is that from the first welcome, to the final drive away and all the hours in between, you are talking with the 1 person. And that is the 1 guy who is working on your project.
The goal is simple. Keep you smiling all the way back to the trail and proud of your project.
